Tickets for this event will be available from 12.06.2024 from 10 am. Jan Lisiecki is known for often playing with his eyes closed. As we all know, you hear better when you do that. But that's not so much the point for him: "I'm not acting when I do it." He simply loves shaping the music with his eyes closed and creating worlds. Very special worlds are created when he plays Beethoven, he always discovers something new, he says, and that certainly also applies to his Second and Fourth Piano Concertos, which will be heard in this concert. Together with the famous Academy of St Martin in the Fields, which he also conducts himself. Will he even close his eyes? At the invitation of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra in co-operation with DK Deutsche Klassik
