The box office opens one hour before the start of each event. Tickets are sold exclusively for the event taking place that day. Please note that from January 2026, we will only accept cashless payment methods at the day-of-event and box office counters. Thank you for your understanding.
If you want to pay with cash, you can also buy tickets from the usual ticket outlets (for example Konzertkasse Dresden im Florentinum, Konzertkasse in der SchillerGalerie, SaxTicket - Der Kartenschalter in der Schauburg, sz-ticketservice im Haus der Presse).
